Eleaf recently put out two remarkable vape pod kits known as the Eleaf Tance and the Eleaf Tance Max. Both devices are very similar. The only main differences between them are that the Tance Max is larger and comes with removable coils as well as a bigger battery, bigger tank, a firing button, and more control over the airflow. Let’s look at both devices in detail.
The Eleaf Tance
The Eleaf Tance is a small, eye-grabbing device. It measures 95.5mm by 24mm by 14mm and comes with different colorful finishes like Scarlet, Black, Macaron, Star, White Streak, and Black Streak. The Eleaf Tance has a 580mAh battery which charges up fairly quickly with its micro USB Type-C cable. You will find the charging port of the device under it. The Tance has a maximum wattage output of 10W, and it has a resistance range of 0.3ohm to 3ohms. The Tance does not have any button. Instead, there is a LED light on the body which serves as a battery life indicator.
The Eleaf Tance can hold 2ml of e-juice. The pod is refillable so you can vape any e-juice of your choice whether it is a freebase nicotine or nic salt vape juice. To refill the pod, turn it upside down and press the tip of your bottle into the refill port. The port automatically seals up once you remove your bottle. The Tance pod comes with a 1.2ohm Ni-Cr alloy coil. The flavor that you get from this small device is incredibly good. Every puff delivers a blast of rich flavor.
The Eleaf Tance has a remarkable airflow system. There are two holes on either side of the device – one is 1mm, and the other is 1.6mm. Only one of the airflow works at a time. Depending on the way you fix the pod, you can use either airflow hole. The Tance is designed for mouth-to-lung vaping. It is virtually impossible to get direct lung hits from this device.
The Eleaf Tance Max
The Eleaf Tance Max is simply a more advanced version of the Tance. It measures 101mm by 31.2mm by 20.36mm, and it is available in different colors like White, Geometry, Sea Blue, Sea Shell, Black, and Trick. The device has a 1100mAh battery and comes with a similar Type-C micro USB cable as the Tance. The device has a maximum wattage output of 15W and a resistance range of 0.3ohm to 3ohms. There is a power/firing button on the device with an LED light in the middle. The light also doubles as a battery life indicator.
The Eleaf Tance Max can hold 4ml of e-juice – twice the capacity of the Tance. It does not have the same filling mechanism as the Tance. Instead, there is a cover for the refilling port which you need to slide off before you can access it.
The Eleaf Tance Max comes with two removable coils. One of them is a 0.6ohm Kanthal coil, and the other is a 1.6ohms Stainless Steel coil. Both coils work incredibly well. The former is suited for direct lung vaping and the latter for mouth-to-lung. The airflow of the device is adjustable. You simply need to turn the ring under the coil to change the adjust the airflow.
The Tance and Tance Max are going for about $23.19 – $27.60 and $30.92 – $36.80 respectively at the Eleaf World online store.
